Our feature project is a renovated 3-bedroom beach cottage in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Located near one of the most populated sea turtle breeding beaches in the world. This home is nestled in a secluded area one block from the Atlantic ocean and one block from the Indian River and surrounded by wildlife and rockets in the sky.
